    Silver Elite Membership

    • Life Insurance: (Felonious Assault Trigger) $100,000 per location covering all employees.
    • Income Replacement: $385 per week for up to 6 months after a 7-day waiting period.
    • Hospital Coverage: $2500 monthly benefit after a 2-day confinement retroactive to day 1 for 12 months.
    • Wheelchair Confinement Expense: Up to $50,000 in coverage.
    • Coma: 1% of face amount up to 11 months of coverage.
