With over 30 years of business experience across all 50 states, Lee Stokes is a seasoned insurance professional specializing for the past 26 years in Health, Life, and Supplemental Benefits. He is also the creator of proprietary solutions such as Workplace Violence Insurance. His expertise in cost containment, employee engagement, and localized market strategies sets him apart from traditional brokers. Lee currently oversees or co-owns three distinct insurance entities: Compliance Services Agency, Fidelity Benefits and Enrollment Services, and the Contractor’s Choice Voluntary Benefits Trust. Each serves unique market segments, including employer and union groups, as well as government contractors working under the Service Contract Act and Davis-Bacon Act. Outside of work, Lee is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys boating, motorcycling, hunting, fishing, live music, and spending quality time with family and friends. Founder & CEO, National Discount Healthcare Solutions (2000–2007) — Created the first low-cost national health plan accessible to all U.S. residents.

John began his career in the insurance world in 1987, delivering insurance and retirement solutions to state and government organizations, unions, departments and the individuals within those teams. Most recently he has served as Executive Managing Director at E78 Partners where he worked with dozens of Private Equity Executives and Operating Partners, bringing solutions for CFO’s around Fund Administration and Compliance, as well as helping accelerate value for portfolio companies with scalable solutions. John was a partner at 9Gauge Partners (acquired by E78), a leading accounting and finance services firm serving over 100 portfolio companies, responsible for Sales, Marketing and Business Development, including the development of a strategic partner model, and relationships with Oracle/NetSuite, Workday Adaptive, Avalara and Floqast. Prior to his role at 9Gauge, John spent 20 years in roles at solution providers serving the needs of HR leaders and CFO’s; including achieving significant success building employee benefit solutions with companies like USI Insurance Services and a board approved role at Frost Bank in their Employee Benefits division Jonathan also mentors/coaches a small select group of CEOs focused on helping them achieve growth goals and operational efficiency. Jonathan holds a degree in Accounting, and a BA in Communications from SUNY Buffalo Beside being the proud father of his two boys who are now young men, Jonathan has served as an advisor to multiple non-profits focused on helping children, including Make A Wish, SmileTrain, Spaulding Rehab Hospital as well as the Tenet Equity Charity Hockey Tournament, the Excellere Partners Charity Hockey Tournament and the BDO charity Hockey Tournament; and strives to run 2 marathons a year to raise money for children’s charities. Beginning as a professional cyclist, he developed a performance mindset that now defines his work as a trusted advisor in the commercial insurance and risk management space. His expertise spans a wide range of industries, including commercial real estate, multi-family asset management, transportation, hospitality, and multi-location franchise operations. Across each sector, Geoff partners with organizations to identify risk, uncover inefficiencies, and implement cost-effective strategies that strengthen both operational resilience and financial performance. With an entrepreneurial approach, Geoff goes beyond traditional advisory — he works alongside leadership teams to create tailored solutions that evolve with their business. He has also become a recognized leader in addressing one of the most pressing challenges facing employers today: workplace violence. As workplace-related incidents continue to rise nationwide, impacting both lives and business continuity, Geoff advises organizations on proactive strategies that help mitigate risk, protect employees, and preserve brand and reputational integrity. More About Dr. Scott
UNT Health Science Center alumnus John Scott, Jr., D.O., MHA, FASA, of Keller, was first appointed to the Board in 2019. His term expires in May 2025. Regent Scott is the Chief Medical Officer and Chairman of the Board with Elite Care Physicians and Premier Specialty Physicians. He most recently served as a former assistant professor at UT Southwestern Medical Center and worked over 20 years as an anesthesiologist and pain specialist at Pinnacle/U.S. Anesthesia Partners. He is currently practicing independently throughout Dallas-Fort Worth. Regent Scott served in the United States Army Reserves for 9 years, was Chief of Anesthesia for the 94th army hospital prior to discharge, and carried the rank of Major at the time of his Honorable Discharge in 2000. He is an accomplished lecturer and an author of dozens of articles that have been published in medical journals and related industry publications. A gubernatorial appointee on the Texas Medical Board District Review Committee, Texas Physician Assistant Board, Regent Scott is also a member of the board of directors of Lone Star Alliance, board president of Liberty Hospice, VP of Investor Relations Rastegar Investment/Property Company. In addition, he has served on the Executive Committee of Texas Medical Liability Trust, and he is a member of the Texas Society of Anesthesiologists where he currently serves as TSAPAC Chair and member of several committees such as Governmental Affairs Committee, Education, Long Range Planning, Key Contact, Bylaws, Credentials, Communication Committee and District Director. He is also both a member and Delegate to the American Society of Anesthesiologists in addition to serving on the Executive Board of the ASAPAC and several other committees such as Governmental Affairs, Resident and Medical Students, Anesthesiologist Assistants and Veteran Military Anesthesiologist. In addition, Dr. Scott is a member of the Texas Medical Association and the Dallas County Medical Society. Dr. Scott received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Lamar University, a Master of Health Administration from Louisiana State University – Shreveport, and a Doctor of Osteopathy from UNT Health Science Center Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. He also completed a residency in Anesthesia and Pain Fellowship at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in Lubbock, Texas. In addition, he also completed a Cardiac Anesthesia Fellowship at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans, La. Dr. Scott remains active in his community serving as a medical liaison at White’s Chapel United Methodist Church. He has also served on the DFW Humane Society Board of Directors and led fundraising efforts for the DFW Humane Society, United States Karate-Do Association (USKDA), American Heart Association and Special Olympics. In addition, he is an advocate against bullying. Dr. Scott enjoys doing martial arts in which over the years he has earned multiple black belts in various disciplines. His other interests are working out, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
More About Jon Hines Jr.
Jon has grown his career building experience in the safety, security and protection industries. After completing a BS in Criminal Justice he went on to complete his Masters in Public Administration from Texas A&M. His original journey began partnering with Municipal and State Law Enforcement Agencies working to combat Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking. Jon then went on to gain his core experience in the Security Industry, working with both public and private sector clients to proactively address the risks of violence in the workplace. This includes vulnerability and threat assessments, organizational training practices to enhance emergency response procedures in the workplace, and coordinating with local law enforcement to design tailored plans to meet client needs. Additionally, Jon has worked providing Close-Protection services with high-tempo teams in the Southern US. There he received training and developed hands-on experience in Personal Security, Corporate Security, and leadership. He is a licensed instructor by the Texas Private Security Board and Texas Department of Public Safety. Jon currently serves in a training, assessment and operations capacity for his clients.

In her current role, Erica excels at assisting clients in optimizing their benefits and implementing their enrollment to meet their specific needs. Her primary objective is to ensure that each client receives the best possible outcome and unparalleled service. Outside of her professional life, Erica is a dedicated wife and mother of three. Her family’s active schedule includes gymnastics, soccer, and wrestling. In her leisure time, Erica enjoys traveling and exploring the world's best beaches, finding joy in new experiences and relaxation.
